Job Information

The position shall report to CEO and shall have at least 18 years of industry experience.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT HR STRATEGIES ALIGNED WITH THE COMPANY’S OVERALL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES
• MANAGE THE END-TO-END RECRUITMENT PROCESS, FROM SOURCING CANDIDATES TO ONBOARDING NEW HIRES
• ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH LABOR LAWS AND REGULATIONS, INCLUDING MAINTAINING EMPLOYEE RECORDS AND ENSURING TIMELY SUBMISSION OF REQUIRED REPORTS
• DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT PROGRAMS TO ENHANCE EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION AND RETENTION
• DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE GOAL SETTING, FEEDBACK, AND EVALUATION
• OVERSEE EMPLOYEE TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS TO ENSURE A SKILLED AND MOTIVATED WORKFORCE
• DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PROGRAMS THAT ARE COMPETITIVE AND ALIGNED WITH INDUSTRY STANDARDS
• MANAGE EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND RESOLVE EMPLOYEE GRIEVANCES IN A TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE MANNER
• LIAISE WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS AND OBTAIN NECESSARY APPROVALS FOR BUSINESS OPERATIONS
• DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN HR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES THAT ARE CONSISTENT WITH THE COMPANY’S VALUES AND CULTURE
• PARTNER WITH SENIOR LEADERSHIP TO PROVIDE STRATEGIC ADVICE AND GUIDANCE ON HR MATTERS
• LEAD AND MANAGE THE HR TEAM TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE DELIVERY OF HR SERVICES ACROSS THE ORGANIZATION

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
GRADUATION
MBA IN HR PREFERRED
