Responsible for mechanical maintenance of Chemical plant (Bromine Plant).

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for BROMINE and FES (Feed enrichment system) plant mechanical maintenance that includes machinery, utilities equipment, spares maintenance etc.
• Follow the engineer instructions for PVDF, FRP and PTFE, Fire Fighting system, acid plant and Chlorine charging plant’s machinery related maintenance.
• Attend Troubleshoot and Repair Malfunctioning Systems of process unit.
• Responsible to repair or assemble of Motors, pumps, rotating equipment, Cranes Maintenance, machinery parts, Fabricating, assembling, and disassembling metal parts and tools.
• Responsible for Preventive Maintenance Activity, Reduce Brake Down time, Equipment’s Health Condition Improve by Proactive Maintenance & Condition Monitoring Activity.
• Daily perform in regular maintenance, preventive maintenance, daily checkpoints etc.
• Basic knowledge of reading the drawings and instruction of caution
• Perform schedule wise maintenance and maintain Pumps, Washery plant equipment and basic idea of machine modification.
• Follow safety standards, Permits, safety instruction, engineer instruction and proper reports while performing duty.
