Job Purpose / Outcomes

Export Of Industrial Salt

Business Development/ Marketing
• Identifying New Countries/ Territories / Customers
• Promptly responding to New inquiry along with technical clarifications/ query if any associated with the same
• Analyzing Monthly Export data and prepare Monthly MIS report for submission to Management
• Co coordinating customer’s plant visit
• All branding related activities /post on LinkedIn any other social media
• Attending Exhibitions / Conferences
• Coordinating with Stall design agencies for the event
• Daily monitoring of Sales in line with Agreed contract/ orders
• Day to day coordination with Plant/ Logistic Team for movement of Material
• Optimizing Logistic Cost
• All activities related to Bulk Movement of Material Through Rake or Sea (Parcel size Ranging from 10000 to 50000 MT/ shipment) which includes but not limited to Coordination at Factory & Port/ Rake loading, unloading, sampling & Analysis Of Material
• Loading of Material in Vessel and quantity verification with Chief Vessel Officer/ Independent Surveyor
• Coordination & Communication with All Third party I.E. Transporter/ CHA/Shipping line Port Authority/ Chamber of commerce etc.
• Ensuring compliance with All export related procedures and documentation

Skills Required

• Experience-In Marketing/ Exports of Chemicals
• Should have experience in developing business preferably in Salt / Commodity chemicals
• Experience in Handling International clients & Exports is a must
